Email notifications

The email notifications program is not automatic. You run this program periodically, depending on your company’s processing cycle. Each time that you run the program, you can choose which notifications that you want to send.

Below is a list of the messages that you can send with the email notifications program. Click a link to see the message format.

• Notify employee when time card hours do not equal standard hours.

• Notify approver when employees’ time card hours do not equal standard hours.

• Notify employee when his or her time card is rejected.

• Notify time card approver of submitted time cards.
