There are a number of tools available on the Edit Pre-Authorization Request and Edit Expense Report screens that you can use to help you as you request and report on your expenses. Unless otherwise noted, you access the options by clicking buttons in the upper part of the screen.
The following options are available for both pre-authorization requests and expense reports.

Approver Info |
View details about all approvers responsible for the expense form. |
Forwarding Info |
If applicable, view information about approvers for your expense form who have forwarded authority to one or more additional, required approvers. |
From the upper-left of the screen: Help > e-xpense Legend |
View descriptions of all the different images (links, buttons, etc.) on the request and report screens. The Legend includes an explanation of the different colors/appearances of some of the images. |

Distribution Summary |
View a summary of expense distributions. The Expense Distribution Summary screen lists all jobs and/or org9s (departments) that you’ve distributed to on this report. If applicable, it shows separate lists—one for charges to your home org9, and another for charges to other org9s—then shows total amounts both for each list and for all distributions. To change the data to view for each distribution, select an option from the View Expense Summary By field. |
Review Request |
View the pre-authorization request on which this report is based. This button appears only if the expense form requires pre-authorization. When you click Review Request, the Pre-Authorization Printable View screen appears, showing your data in read-only format. Scroll to view additional data such as itemized cost details and a list of approvers. |
