What descriptions do you want to appear on time cards?

You can select up to two additional items to appear in the Extra Information area at the bottom of the Time Card screen. These fields are automatically non-editable. They appear in the order that you specify.

• Long Job Description

• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

The WBS option is relevant if you integrate e-timecard with JAMIS, which lets you identify a customer job number or WBS by the Job Master job number. In JAMIS, you identify one customer job number for each job.

Under the Time Card Setup tab, you can set the WBS number to appear on the time card when an employee records hours to a job with a WBS.
