Hiding quick codes in the personal job list

If you want to hide quick codes from employees when they view their personal job lists, turn on the Hide quick codes check box.

If employees in your company enter time through JAMIS Touch-Tone (JTT), you will probably want to show quick codes, which are two-digit codes that employees can assign then enter in JTT in place of job numbers. To show quick codes, you do not need to do anything. The system’s default is to show them.

Note: Even if you don’t display quick codes on the Manage Personal Job List (user-defined label) screen, employees can still assign quick codes using their telephone keypad in JTT.
