Do you want to update the org9 during the interface?

You must attach every employee to an org9, which is the lowest level of organization structure. When an employee creates a time card, e-timecard writes the org9 to the time record. If organization structures change or employees move before you interface the time card, then the export from e-timecard doesn’t retrieve the org9 from the employee record unless you select Refresh Department Data During Interface.

Selecting this option means that the export program deletes the org9 in the employee record. If you are interfacing with JAMIS, there is an option in the PRASCII load to retrieve the org9 from the employee record at that time. If you are interfacing with a third-party software program, then there is no org9 in each employee record.
