Running the audit field changes report


The audit field changes report lets you display time card field change data for a range of dates, or for all dates if you leave the range fields blank. You can see the employee ID, change reason, and old and new field values.

To run the audit field changes report

  1. From the JAMIS Administration home page > Daily Processes tab, under Reports, click Audit field changes. Or, from the top of any JAMIS Administration screen, click Reports > Audit Field Changes. The Audit Field Changes screen appears.

  2. In the Filters section, enter a time card period start date and/or time card period end date. You can enter a date manually, or you can click html/calendar_arrow.gif to the right of either date field to select a date from a calendar. To report on field change data for all time cards regardless of date, leave both date fields blank.

  3. Click Retrieve. In the bottom section of the screen, JAMIS e-timecard generates and displays report data according to your selections. You can see the employee ID, change reason code, old field value, and new field value.
