Self-approving time cards


Your e-timecard administrator can designate you as a self-approver. Essentially, being a self-approver means that you do not have a supervisor to approve your time card.

If you are a self-approver, then when you submit your time card you will see a Self-approve time card check box on the Submit Time Card screen. When you submit the time card with this box checked, the electronic approval cycle for that time card is complete. No other approval action is needed.

Your e-timecard administrator can designate another employee as your approver in case you are absent and can’t approve your time card.

As a self-approver, you cannot perform any other approval functions unless your e-timecard administrator sets you up as a time card approver.
