You can delete a combination pay code from your personal list at any time. When you delete a combination code, its component codes remain available in your personal pay codes list, so you can recreate the combination pay code if you choose.
To delete combination pay codes from your personal list
Do one of the following to access the Manage Combination Pay Code List (user-defined label) screen, which shows all combination pay codes that are currently in your list.
From the upper-left corner of any e-timecard application screen, click My Settings > Combination Pay Codes (user-defined label).
From any My Settings screen, click the Combination Pay Codes (user-defined label) tab.
Do one of the following.
Click Delete to the right of the combination pay code that you want to remove from your personal list.
Click the check box to the left of each combination pay code that you want to remove from your personal list, then click Delete Selected.
A message asks you to confirm that you want to delete the combination pay code(s) from your personal list. Click OK.
Click Save to save your deletions.
Caution: If you move to a different tab or screen, then e-timecard cancels all your actions since you accessed your combination pay code list or last clicked Save. If you want to keep your combination pay code deletions, make sure that you click Save.
