Customer support for licensed users is available between 7 am and 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What information you should provide

When you contact the Support Center, please include or have ready the following information

• What is the problem?

• How often does it happen?

• What steps cause it to happen?

• If you see an error message, what does it say?

• What version of the software are you running?

• What platform is the software running on?

• How and when can we get in touch with you?
