There are a number of personal settings that you can manage at any time, regardless of whether you are working on a time card. You can do things like view the jobs in your personal list and change your password voluntarily.
The steps that follow tell you how to access different areas under My Settings. Follow the links to read instructions for specific tasks that you can perform.
To make personal settings
From the upper-left corner of any e-timecard application screen, place your cursor over My Settings.
Do any of the following.
To manage your personal job list, click Personal Job List (user-defined label). The Manage Personal Job List (user-defined label) screen appears, showing all jobs that are currently in your list. From here, you can do some or all of the following, depending on your company's setup.
add jobs to your personal list
delete jobs from your personal list
add quick codes for jobs
To manage your combination pay codes, click Combination Pay Codes (user-defined label). The Manage Combination Pay Code List (user-defined label) screen appears, showing all combination pay codes that are currently in your list. From here, you can delete combination pay codes if you wish.
Note: If your company is not set up to use combination pay codes, then this option is not available.
Click Change Password if you would like to change your password, regardless of if and when it will expire.
Hint: You can move between the different My Settings options by clicking the appropriate tab: Personal Job List, Combination Pay Codes, or Change Password.
